LLDPE calcium carbonate filler masterbatch

Masterbatch is used during productions of films made of LDPE and HDPE (especially thinner films with thickness of 6-8 μm) for a better welding and extrusion process and also can be used during castings of large products made from HDPE with flat surfaces.

Letdown of 5% provides better slieve stability, more even cooling distribution of a polymer, forming homogeneous crystal structure, durability of a welding seam. With the letdown of 10-20%, calcium additive can increase the color saturation without decreases of physical properties. Thanks to natural components, the period of degraradation of our products declines. This way you can reduce the risk of environmental damage.
